Projects envisioned to improve, inspire and innovate

Noam Rotstain is a Canadian-Israeli writer, activist, and political science student of Government Diplomacy and Strategy at Reichman University in Herzliya, Israel.

Noam Rotstain, the founder of The Israel Project, a multifaceted project committed to cultivating Jewish pride, promoting a stable region, restoring historical truth, and elevating Israeli identity through bold, innovative initiatives. With a rare blend of strategic vision and cultural depth, Noam leads efforts that reframe Jewish advocacy—not as reactionary, but as radiant and forward-moving.

Through The Israel Project, Noam has launched and developed groundbreaking platforms such as The Abraham Bridge Initiative (TABI)—an interfaith and intercultural diplomacy project that fosters dialogue and understanding between Israel and the nations of the Abraham Accords and abroad with the goal of creating a more united MENA region.

Educated in international relations and Middle Eastern diplomacy, Noam brings both academic rigor and personal dedication to his work. His collaborations with scholars like Professor Yitzhak Reiter on Jerusalem policy, and his critical role in assisting evacuees during the October 7th massacre reflect a commitment that is both intellectual and human.

At the heart of Noam’s mission is a simple but powerful idea: that Jewish pride is not defensive—it is expansive. Through culture, storytelling, education, and diplomacy, he seeks not only to defend the Jewish people, but to inspire them, and in doing so, to inspire the world.

“The task of the leader is not to put greatness into people, but to elicit it—because the greatness is already there.” – Rabbi Lord Jonathan Sacks
